RetailPeak is a fictional home-goods retailer serving online customers and regional retail locations through a growing international supplier network. Frevanta designed a coordinated operating model connecting inbound ocean freight, warehouse receipt, inventory handling, order preparation, regional distribution, and final-mile delivery. One account team became responsible for communicating milestones across every provider
Challenge
RetailPeak’s order volume had increased across several regions, but its freight, warehouse, and delivery providers operated independently. Inventory information arrived late, order preparation varied between facilities, and the operations team spent hours requesting updates from different providers.
Solution
We approached the challenge by developing a comprehensive brand strategy, including a refreshed visual identity, typography, and color palette. The website was redesigned to be fully responsive, with interactive elements, intuitive navigation, and clear user flows. We incorporated user-centered design principles and conducted multiple rounds of testing and feedback to ensure alignment with the client’s vision. The combination of creativity, strategy, and technical precision resulted in a polished, functional, and visually compelling digital solution.
